You must:

Be responsible for activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations.
Access to IsefPOS requires an active subscription.
Fees are billed monthly or annually.
Payments are non-transferable.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
You agree NOT to:
Use the platform for illegal activities
Attempt unauthorized access
Reverse engineer the software
Distribute malware
Interfere with system security
All software, branding, and content related to IsefPOS remain the property of Isef Technologies.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.
You are responsible for:
Accuracy of your business data
Compliance with tax and employment laws
Backup of exported reports if needed
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.
Isef Technologies shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or revenue
Data loss beyond reasonable control
Third-party service failures
Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the previous 3 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
Terms are violated
Payments are overdue
Illegal activity is detected
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
