All subscription payments are billed in advance (monthly or annually).
If a free trial is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate the platform before purchasing.
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial purchase.
Refund applies only to first-time subscriptions.
No refunds for renewals.
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
Failure to use the system
Change of mind after trial period
Account suspension due to policy violation
Partial subscription periods
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund.
